Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations across Tan Wei Credit and Tan Wei Auto. •
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis. •
Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, financial controls, and financing facility monitoring. •
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and workflow controls across financing processes. •
Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and strategic insights to support management decision-making, financial planning, business growth, and operational improvement. •
Support annual audit exercises and liaise with external auditors. •
Oversee team performance, reporting structures, and KPI management. •
Manage and process full payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, CPF contributions, statutory submissions, and compliance with employment and tax regulations. Requirements
