This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the organisation's enrolment strategy, driving sustainable growth, and safeguarding its premium positioning in a competitive international education landscape.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Planning Lead market research and competitor analysis to position the organisation effectively. Present enrolment reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board. Set and monitor KPIs across the admissions function, including satisfaction, conversion, yield, and retention. Provide leadership during market or economic challenges impacting enrolment. 2.
