Position Summary

The Animal Services Manager is responsible for the administration, supervision, and daily operation of the City's Animal Services Division, including animal control field operations, shelter operations, personnel management, budget support, regulatory compliance, public education, and community partnerships. The Animal Services Manager is responsible for ensuring humane animal care, effective enforcement of applicable City ordinances and State laws, professional customer service, accurate recordkeeping, responsible use of resources, and the long-term operational stability of the Animal Services Division.
