Head of Assessment

Our client is a fast-growing EdTech business with a global reach, and they're looking for a Head of Assessment to play a key role in shaping the future of their product.

Benefits

Must haves:
You'll have experience in assessment, psychometrics, or a related field, with a solid understanding of how to design effective tests and measure learning, ideally within a language learning setting, and for Young Learners.
You should be familiar with modern approaches such as adaptive testing or similar, and have an interest in how AI can be used in assessment.
You don't need to be technical, but you should feel comfortable working closely with product and engineering teams.
