Head of Back-Office Operations

Aravali seeks a Head of Backoffice Operations to lead and execute front-to-back operations and fund accounting, ensuring accurate trade booking, settlement, reconciliation, and valuation across global markets with a focus on Asian arbitrage and macro strategies.

• Lead and manage the back office operations team to ensure efficient trade booking, settlement, reconciliation, and valuation processes
• Perform hands‑on management of trade lifecycle activities to maintain accurate and timely records
• Coordinate daily trade and cash settlement reconciliations with Prime Brokers, bilateral counterparties, and exchange clearing members
• Collaborate with fund administrators to reconcile trades, verify shadow NAV, and support monthly NAV calculations
