Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of BFSI to originate and grow our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance business across Canada and the United States. This consultative business‑development leadership role combines deep BFSI domain expertise with technology acumen and the ability to build trusted executive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Origination & Pipeline Ownership
  • Build and manage a pipeline through executive discovery and problem‑led conversations.
  • Develop and maintain a target account plan with buying centers and modernization triggers.
  • Translate high‑impact challenges into structured engagements: POVs, workshops, assessments, roadmaps, MVPs/ pilots, and multi‑year modernization programs.
