Head of BI

The Director will lead, coach, and develop the BI&A team. Responsible for developing and managing Advanced Analytics partners where required. Deliver BI&A best practices, including migrating team skills into analytics, and partnering with businesses to deliver value from information. Know how and when to bring in external partners as more advanced analytics are required. This role is also responsible for creating a system for prioritizing work across the organization.


Job Description

Direct the development and ongoing evolution of the organization.

Partner with BU stakeholders to ensure that the BI&A strategy, including design of BI&A solutions, effectively enables their business strategy.

Create, promote, and enforce BI&A standards and BI/Data governance model, including ensuring proper governance exists around development of Advanced Analytics (machine learning/AI, etc.) solutions across the organization.
