The WFJ HOB is entrusted to inspire and lead the matrix boutique teams, drive a clienteling strategy that deepens relationships with top clients, expands WFJ opportunities across Fashion clienteles and travelling clients and ensures every client touchpoint reflects CHANEL’s service standards.
