Head of Business Strategy & Planning (Enterprise)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Enterprise Business Officer to define and refine the Enterprise strategic vision and long‑range plans, conducting market research to identify trends and growth opportunities within the B2B telco sector.
• Lead the team to ensure AOP/LRP delivery across Enterprise, guiding alignment with company targets and overseeing strategic initiatives to achieve divisional targets.
• Develop comprehensive strategic proposals and presentations for senior management, articulating objectives, roadmaps, and recommending pivots based on market dynamics.
• Develop comprehensive business plans and support the annual business planning/budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial targets.
• Monitor execution of strategic initiatives, track KPIs, report on progress, and guide analysis/performance updates, providing actionable insights for leadership and corrective actions.
