THE OPPORTUNITY A London-headquartered institutional private equity firm is appointing a Head of Capital Formation / Partner to build and lead its investor relations and fundraising function. Reporting to executive leadership, you will own the entire capital formation strategy — from LP targeting and roadshow execution to final close. This is a mandate for someone who has already built or led a fundraising capability — at a fund, placement agent or private bank — and wants to do it again at a platform where the economics are real and the path to partnership is defined.
