QBE is creating a new Head of Capital Solutions role to lead the design, execution and scaling of capital solutions across the Group. This is a high‑impact opportunity to influence group‑level capital strategy, with a particular focus on expanding the use of third‑party capital.

You will play a pivotal role in the evolution of QBE’s Insurance‑Linked Securities (ILS) capability, building on recent transactions including catastrophe bonds issued through the Bridge Street Re programme and the George Street Re casualty sidecar.
