Head of Carpentry

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on Execution: Directly oversee and participate in the fabrication and installation of custom cabinetry, wardrobes, and feature walls.

• Team Supervision: Manage a team of local and foreign skilled carpenters. You must be able to communicate tasks clearly and maintain high morale on‑site.

• Project Coordination: Liaise with Interior Designers (IDs) and Project Managers to ensure site measurements are accurate and timelines are met.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct stringent “Level & Square” checks. Ensure finishing (laminates, edging, and hinges) meets luxury standards before handover.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all worksites comply with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) Act and MOM regulations.
