Head of Centre - Pre-University

Lead and manage the overall operations of the Pre-University Centre to ensure academic excellence, MQA/MOE compliance, student growth, and strong graduate outcomes. Responsible for building a high-performance team and positioning the centre as a top pathway provider for SPM/STPM leavers to UK/Australia/local universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Leadership & Compliance
• Ensure 100% compliance with MQA COPPA, Programme Standards, and MOE regulations. Lead audit + self-review.
• Oversee curriculum delivery, assessment, moderation for A‑Levels/Cambridge, AUSMAT, Foundation programmes.
• Monitor teaching quality, OBE implementation, lecturer KPIs, and student pass rate >90%.
• Drive continuous improvement via academic review, student feedback, external examiner reports.
• Manage P&L, student intake target, budget, resource planning for 400‑800 students.
