We are seeking a commercially minded, execution‑driven leader for the Head of Change and Process, playing a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth for a fast‑scaling business. You will lead the delivery of client‑specific change initiatives, translating partner requirements into scalable operational processes, ensuring seamless integration across field operations, customer journeys, systems and back‑office functions, and acting as the key connector between commercial, operational and technical teams.
Alongside client delivery, you will own the broader strategic transformation agenda. This includes defining and prioritising the change roadmap, driving digital platform evolution, ensuring effective delivery for digital squads, and identifying new growth opportunities such as the application of AI.
