Head of Channel Partnerships - Build a New Partner Network

jobr.pro is seeking a Channel Manager to build a partner network from the ground up. This role involves defining the program's architecture, recruiting key partners, and driving pipeline generation appropriately. You will be the first dedicated channel hire, reporting directly to the CRO with a path to Head of Channels and Alliances.

Success will be measured by the engagement with active partners and the volume of partner-sourced pipeline achieved within the first year, alongside flexible work options and generous leave policies.
