Overview

Following significant expansion and investment in new technology, the client is seeking a Head of Client Services to lead the team of account managers. The successful candidate should have a client services background, preferably within a print‑related sector.

Responsibilities Day‑to‑day management of the client services team and key clients. Ensure the welfare of team members and support training and development. Maintain time‑keeping, organise holidays and coordinate the department schedule. Attend key client review meetings and oversee client governance. Communicate with the team to manage client expectations. Motivate the team and continually seek ways to improve service offerings. Provide sales support for tenders and contractual negotiations.
