Head of Collection and Recovery

The Head of Collection and Recovery is responsible for leading the collections and recovery function, with overall accountability for portfolio performance, recovery outcomes, and credit loss mitigation. This role drives strategic initiatives, oversees legal and recovery actions, and ensures strong governance and compliance standards are maintained. Working closely with Management and key stakeholders, the incumbent plays a critical role in safeguarding asset quality, strengthening recovery frameworks, and enhancing operational effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and implement comprehensive collection and recovery strategies to reduce delinquency and NPL levels.
• Review and monitor delinquent, impaired, and bad debt accounts with the team and drive timely and effective recovery actions.
