About the role 
You’re going to lead the day-to-day and long-term performance of our Combination Products Assembly & Packaging organization—manufacturing lines and support functions included. You will set clear objectives, build the right structure and capabilities, and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes through meaningful KPIs. You will prepare the future by supporting portfolio evolution and technology advances, including digital transformation that improves data integrity and efficiency.
