The Role

Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive - Up to £70,000 salary

The Commercial Property department acts for a wide range of local and national clients on a broad spectrum of Commercial property transactions.

Candidates must have experience, knowledge as well as a demonstrable background of handling commercial property matters including sales, purchases, letting, landlord and tenant, financing, and residential conveyancing work.

Applicants should ideally have 9+ years post-qualification experience and must be able to demonstrate sound technical knowledge, exceptional client care and excellent communication skills.

This role is an integral role within a vastly experienced, specialist team and we are looking for candidates with personality and drive to handle a varied caseload.
