Opportunity Description

Your role:
We’re looking for someone to lead our Compensation Strategy & Management , including developing competitive compensation frameworks, managing salary structures and job evaluation processes, and overseeing the annual compensation review cycle. You’ll manage short- and long‑term incentive programs, provide guidance on compensation decisions, conduct pay equity analysis, and run compensation modelling.
Benefits & Wellbeing Programs
You’ll also oversee Benefits & Wellbeing Programs , designing and administering healthcare, pensions, wellbeing initiatives, and voluntary benefits. This includes managing external providers, leading the annual renewal process, and continuously improving wellbeing offerings.
