Head of Compliance & Conduct Risk (SMF16)

HFG Insurance Recruitment is looking for a Head of Compliance based in the United Kingdom to oversee regulatory compliance and conduct risk across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide strategic oversight, work closely with the Board, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory expectations.

The role requires extensive experience in general insurance and in-depth knowledge of the FCA handbook and Consumer Duty. An excellent base salary and bonus, along with an LTIP, are offered.
