Purpose of the Role

The Head of Compliance is responsible for ensuring Volvo Group Southern Africa complies with all legal, regulatory, internal policy, and Code of Conduct requirements. The role supports management and employees, oversees reporting and notification obligations, and helps identify and manage compliance risks.It also leads the implementation of compliance policies, maintains effective compliance controls, and promotes a strong speak-up culture where employees can raise concerns safely.
