This role is responsible for designing, building and embedding a Group‑wide compliance framework that supports a complex, operationally intensive business.

• Establish a robust Policy Management Framework, including discovery, rationalisation and creation of a clear, tiered policy architecture.
• Conduct regulatory horizon scanning and map regulatory obligations directly to business processes and controls.
• Drive a Compliance by Design approach by embedding controls into systems and workflows in partnership with technology teams.
