Head of Contract Execution

The Head of Contract Execution will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring efficient and compliant execution of all contractual agreements by local and foreign execution team. The position plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s interests that vendors/suppliers perform per contractual terms. Moreover, eliminate unnecessary costs involved in logistics operation (e.g. demurrage, detention, etc).

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure that all local and foreign contract execution teams align with procurement’s established / planned purchase strategy
• Be compliant with government policies of BAI, BPI, BIR and BOC relating to importation of goods
• Secure all documentary requirements for importation and bank payments
• Timely release of imported cargoes and unnecessary charges (e.g. storage fees, demurrage and detention charges)
