Head of Creative Services

We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and performance-oriented leader to head our global Client Creative (Graphic / PPTX Support) Service function. This role is responsible for scaling our operating model further, optimizing processes and structures, improving service quality, and enabling efficient global Client Creative (Graphic / PPTX Support) delivery across regions within a fast-paced consulting environment. The successful candidate will lead the ongoing transformation of Client Creative from a design-focused support function into a globally managed, performance-driven service organization, establishing clear governance, KPIs, resource planning, and technology-enabled workflows with measurable business impact.
