This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic credit risk leadership role with a purpose-driven Bank. As the Head of Credit Risk, you'll shape how credit risk is governed, understood, and actioned across both consumer and commercial portfolios.

You'll report directly to the CRO and hold a critical relationship with the Board, translating complex portfolio data into clear strategic recommendations. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll lead a team of six and bring both technical depth and people leadership

• Govern the credit risk management framework, ensuring it remains fit for purpose and fully aligned with APRA's APS 220 requirements.
