Head of Decentralized Exchange (Equities & structured products)

Job Description

1. DEX Strategy & Product Vision

Define and execute the roadmap for the decentralized exchange, including expansion into tokenized equities and structured financial products (., derivatives, yield instruments).

2. Tokenized Asset Integration

Lead the design and integration of tokenized equities, structured products, and real-world assets (RWAs) into the DEX ecosystem.

3. Smart Contract & Protocol Oversight

Oversee the development and auditing of smart contracts ensuring security, composability, and scalability of trading protocols.

4. Liquidity & Market Design

Develop liquidity strategies (AMMs, order books, hybrid models) and partnerships with market makers to ensure deep and efficient markets.
