Head of Department — Commercial Reports to Managing Director The Company Our client is a Mumbai-based automation and robotics company founded in 2005. They are market leaders and serve quick commerce, e-commerce, 3PL, fashion & apparel, F&B, pharma, electronics, renewable energy, and manufacturing. Purpose Lead the full commercial engine — Sales, Customer Success, and Solutioning — driving order intake, solution quality, and customer outcomes across company's automation and robotics portfolio. Key Responsibilities Sales: Own sales strategy, pipeline, and order-intake targets across industries (e-commerce, 3PL, fashion, F&B, pharma, manufacturing); lead and grow the sales team. Solutioning: Lead pre-sales and solution design — translating customer material-flow challenges into company's automation, robotics, and software solutions with strong techno-commercial proposals.
