Head of Deposits

Main Duties

• As Head of Deposits, he/she is responsible for leading the company's deposit products, transaction capabilities and payment services strategy. This role drives customer acquisition, deposit growth, payment revenue, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and product profitability across the retail, SME and Corporate segments.
• The overall scope of work under the purview of this role encompasses savings and current accounts, fixed deposits, payment rails, transfers, merchant payments, digital wallets and potential partnership with payment network and fintechs.
• Main responsibilities will cover strategy and business leadership, product management, deposit growth and portfolio management.
