Head of Design - Multi-Platform UX & Brand Leader

CASABOT® is looking for a Head of Design to lead product design and user experience across its platform. This hands-on leadership role involves mentoring a small in-house team and setting the visual language for multiple products. Strong performance could lead to a promotion to Chief Design Officer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a startup environment and a proven ability to deliver high-quality products on time.

The role requires presence in the United Arab Emirates, with some travel expected. Remote candidates with considerable overlap to Gulf Standard Time will also be considered.
