Welcome to the Disruption Company. As Head of Design in Singapore, you will lead and elevate our design practice in Singapore. You will be responsible for creative output—client work and in‑house projects alike—leading and mentoring junior creatives to ideate, produce, and deliver disruptive design that solves real business challenges. You’ll set the design vision and roadmap to align with our objectives, champion a user‑centred, design‑driven culture, and uphold our standards of creative excellence and profitability.
