GSL Education is seeking a motivated and innovative Head of Design Technology ( ideally with Graphics and Engineering experience if possible) for a secondary school in Grimsby & Skegness starting in September 2026. This permanent role is ideal for an experienced teacher ready to lead a successful department and inspire students through engaging practical learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Design Technology department across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver engaging and practical DT lessons
- Monitor student progress and departmental performance
- Support curriculum planning and development
- Mentor and support teaching staff within the department
