Head of Digital Engagement

Role Overview:
Stewardship Commons (stewardshipcommons.com) is our crowdsourced content and community hub — and we're looking for someone to expand and scale it as a founder would. As Head of Digital Engagement, you will own the platform's growth — treating it as your own start-up within our organisation. You'll identify opportunities, move fast, test ideas, build sponsorship and funding streams, and grow a mission-aligned ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: 1 Own and Grow the Platform Own the product vision and growth roadmap for Stewardship Commons. Set the direction, prioritise ruthlessly, and execute.
