Key Responsibilities
1) Leadership & Team Management (Singapore + Global BIM Teams)
Lead and manage DES including BIM modeler, drafters, digital quantity/volume analyst teams
located in Singapore and overseas.
Oversee operations, manpower planning, work allocation, and resource balancing.
Conduct performance reviews, coach staff, and plan competency development.
Ensure adherence to BIM standards, modelling protocols, and quality requirements.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling globally.
Translate engineering design requirement into modelling instructions
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Coordinate across disciplines and project teams
2) BIM Strategy, Standards & Execution
