Overview
The Head of Digital Sales for POS is tasked to ensure that the Home Credit Digital Strategy is aligned with its overall sales strategy and to help shape the best customer journey for Digital sales and marketing. The person will also be responsible for overall commercial success of digital sales for the POS loan product.
What You’ll Do
- Building a strategy, planning, developing, and executing Digital sales strategy
- Overseeing the marketing campaigns, customer journey etc
- Monitoring performance through data analysis and designing KPI’s for impacted teams
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team and Key accounts teams
- Work with Large partner brands to incorporate HC digital journey in their digital sales strategies
