:Job purpose
This role is pivotal in development Brighter Academy and Bancassurance Academy strategy and end-to-end Advisors and Leaders Development roadmap.The role will also be in charge of Distribution Executives development and ensure the building of capability for all markets.The role will lead the design, development and delivery of key programs.
Major accountabilities
Develop both Agency and Banca Learning and Development strategy and framework
Design, develop and deliver end-to-end Advisors and Leaders roadmap and program to drive recruitment, activity and productivity
Develop the advancement of the Learning Management System by adopting the latest technology including AI and Data-Analytics
Provide leadership and coaching to all local Head of Training and Development and develop quality assurance framework to build the most professional training capabilities among Asia.
