Head of Distribution – Travel & Personal Lines

QIC UAE is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven professional to join our team as Head of Distribution – Travel & Personal Lines.

The role will be responsible for driving growth, managing distribution strategy, and expanding the portfolio across Travel, Home, Pet, Cyber and Gadgets as well as other Personal Line Insurance products.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience and market understanding, channel management expertise, and the ability to build sustainable partnerships across multiple distribution avenues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the portfolio for Travel, Home, Cyber, Pet and other Personal Line products.
• Drive distribution strategy across brokers, corporate partnerships, Bancassurance, digital/alternate channels, partnerships and emerging channels.
