You will be fully responsible for supervising school staff and students, driving strategic resource deployment, and enhancing student learning outcomes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining strict adherence to company policies, educational SOPs, and health and safety standards.

• Implement and monitor learning policies, conduct classroom observations, evaluate curriculum effectiveness, and analyze learning patterns to set student improvement targets.
