SUMMARY:
I’m currently partnering with a leading organisation in the renewable energy sector to appoint a Head of Engineering to lead and scale their technical function.
This is a strategic leadership role suited for a highly experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in solar PV, electrical system design, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) .
POSITION INFO:
Core Requirements: BEng / BSc in Electrical Engineering 10+ years' experience in renewable energy / power / electrical engineering Proven expertise in: Solar PV system design (utility-scale or C&I) Electrical system design (MV/HV advantageous) Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Demonstrated leadership experience: Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager / Technical Lead level Managing and mentoring engineering teams Setting technical direction and standards Experience within IPPs, EPCs, or large-scale energy projec...
