• Lead and develop distributed frontend engineering teams through coaching, mentorship, and intentional career growth.
• Partner closely with Product and Design to deliver high‑quality, user‑centric features in a timely manner.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes to increase speed, quality, and team productivity.
• Ensure strong alignment across Product, Design, and Engineering to create cohesive customer experiences.
• Define and track clear KPIs to measure engineering impact and link outcomes to business value.
• Promote a culture of ownership, inclusion, excellence, trust, and continuous feedback.
