The role would be responsible for leading the investment strategy, portfolio construction, and active management of a sizable portfolio. The role combines deep local market expertise, by delivering superior risk‑adjusted returns. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in fundamental equity investing, deep knowledge of sectors and macro drivers, and confidence in engaging with institutional and retail investors.

The role also carries a strong entrepreneurial mandate: to help grow and shape the Philippine equities franchise, deepen stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the broader development of the firm’s Asia equity capabilities.
