Head of ESL (IGCSE & A-Level)

Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Salary: Negotiable (up to RM9,500)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the development of ESL/EAL programmes across the school
• Plan and deliver effective ESL lessons
• Support ESL students within mainstream subject classrooms through individual and small-group interventions
• Develop differentiated ESL materials and collaborate closely with subject teachers
• Conduct assessments to monitor students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing progress
• Prepare and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for EAL students
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student confidence and achievement
• Participate actively in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and professional development initiatives
