Opportunity Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a fast-scaling, successful global FinTech to appoint an Executive Compensation Lead. This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Global Head of Reward, with responsibility for NED, Board and Senior Leadership remuneration. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and external advisors to ensure executive compensation strategies are competitive, compliant and aligned with the company’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive compensation programs including base salary and equity-based plans for senior leaders.

  • Conduct benchmarking and analysis against industry peers to ensure competitiveness and market alignment.

  • Design and implement compensation strategies for senior leaders, including modelling, analysis, and communication.
