Head of Experience Design - AI Lab

We are looking for a Head of Experience Design to join On's newly formed AI Lab. The AI Lab is a small cross-functional team who, unlike our core digital product teams, are tasked with looking 18+ months into the future.

Our vision is to shape the future of AI-driven digital experiences, inspiring innovation and empowering everyone to push boundaries and redefine what's possible.

You will operate between London and Zurich, working extremely collaboratively to conceive, ideate, prototype and validate the future vision of On's relationship with its customers via emerging technologies
