JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Design Strategy (40%)

• Develop annual design direction aligned with brand development goals and international expansion strategy (especially the US, Thailand, and Southeast Asia).
• Develop seasonal collections (Spring/Summer – Fall/Winter) and special product lines.
• Standardize design DNA across product lines.
• Research and forecast global fashion trends, applying them to actual products.

2. Product Development & Commercialization (35%)

• Manage the entire product lifecycle: Idea Sketch Techpack Sampling Launch.
• Coordinate with R&D (fabric & material research), Sourcing, and Merchandising departments to optimize cost, quality, and timeline.
• Ensure first‑sample approval rate 85% and on‑time development 90%.

3. Team Management (25%)

• Recruit, train, and develop the design team (10+ members).
