A high-growth, tech-enabled business is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and scale its finance function. This is a hands‑on senior role for a CA(SA) who can balance strong financial control with commercial and strategic input.

Key Responsibilities Lead the finance function end‑to‑end, including reporting, controls, and compliance Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Prepare board and investor reporting Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decisions Lead finance systems and ERP implementation Support fundraising and long‑term exit readiness Build and develop the finance team Requirements CA(SA) qualification 5+ years post‑articles experience Big audit firm background Strong technical and commercial finance capability Experience in high‑growth environments advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
