Job Title: Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• 1. Management and review of all tasks related to the financial performance of the Schb Africa Group.
• 2. Provide guidance and input for interpretation of Group’s Financial results (Monthly, Quarterly, and annually).
• 3. Develop and maintain currency hedging strategies. Manage risk on forward cover in line with Policy.
• 4. Monitor Treasury and review adequacy of cash flow and predicting future trends.
• 5. Review and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities.
• 6. Manage and provide guidance for preparation of annual budgets.
• 7. Manage and supervise audits of all group companies.
• 8. Review of monthly management reports.
• 9. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• 10. Ensure compliance with all Audit requirements and lead in maintaining relationships with the Group’s auditors.
