Reporting to: CEO with a dotted line to the COO & GM Southeast Asia

1. Role Summary

To manage and execute the financial control function across OrcaNation’s entities, ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, fiscal governance, and timely reporting. The role supports strategic decision-making through robust financial data and risk management. In addition, the Head of Finance will carry the core responsibility of all processes associated with S2P - Source-to-Pay, or Supply Chain and Q2C - Quote-to-Cash or Sales & Cash Cycle.

2. Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate month‑end closings (by the 10th of the following month).
