Head of Finance - Top International School

On behalf of a leading international school in Hong Kong, we are seeking a Head of Finance. Reporting to the Head of School and Management Committee, the Head of Finance is responsible for financial leadership, governance, reporting and planning, ensuring financial integrity and strategic alignment. The role combines hands-on financial oversight with senior-level influence, leading a team of nine while remaining actively involved in key areas including financial management, Board and committee papers, meeting preparation and participation, and compliance. In addition, the role provides oversight of Purchasing team and functions, ensuring appropriate financial governance, controls, and alignment with institutional policies.
