Head of Financial Planning & Business Control

Huhtamaki, a global provider of sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Business Control for its Foodservice segment. The role reports to the Segment VP Finance and involves leading a global team to support strategic and financial decisions across the organization.

Location: Espoo, Finland (HQ) with consideration for candidates based at selected EU Foodservice sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the global business control organisation, including FP&A, global sales controlling, and global operations controlling.
• Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Operations, Strategy, and M&A to position Finance as a proactive business partner.
• Act as the central liaison for market unit finance heads and senior Group Finance leaders.
